Corporate Tax (Senior) Associate
My client is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Bristol office. Their award-winning Tax team are ranked in the top tier by both Chambers and Legal 500.
The successful candidate will be joining a specialist team advising on the tax implications of things like corporate mergers, restructures, management buyouts, partnership structures and property related tax such as SDLT and VAT, employment tax relating to things such as termination payments and salary sacrifice schemes and tax disputes. The firm is held in high regard and regularly is instructed in relation to high profile and high value multi million corporate and commercial matters.
The successful candidate is likely to have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and have excellent academic achievement, and have gained experience in a regional firm.
