Corporate Solicitor/Senior Solicitor/Associate.
Fantastic opportunity for a circa 1-5 years pqe solicitor/senior solicitor/associate to join the Aberdeen Office of one of the fastest growing law firms in Scotland.
You will work alongside entrepreneurs and SMEs, through to banks, funds and investors. You shall primarily advise on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, equity investments, bank funding and start-ups.
The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of company law and corporate transactions. You will be commercially aware and possess drive and enthusiasm to succeed.
