A Residential Conveyancer is sought to join a well regarded law firm in the Herefordshire area. Salary is very competitive depending on experience. Salary is up to £40K

Our client, has an enviable reputation in the area for it's Residential Conveyancing work, with a team of highly experienced property professionals. They provide an exceptional service focusing on the needs of the individual client.

The team consists of 2 Senior Fee Earners as well as secretarial support and are looking to bring in an additional fee earner due to an influx of work due to their reputation in the area.

You will be working in a busy, friendly office dealing initially with a small caseload of Freehold, Leasehold and some agricultural matters and will also be given exposure with some Commercial leases matters.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 years experience, running your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a firm where the progression opportunities are endless as there are genuine opportunities to manage the department as the firm continues to grow. Please note relocators will be considered who have a genuine interest to move to the area!!
