Residential Conveyancer

Our Client who is based in Lancashire is looking to appoint a Convyencers to join their Residential Property Department.

This is an excellent career opportunity and on a day to day basis this role will consist of handling a caseload of sales and purchase, residential property from initiation to completion. The role would include acknowledging and dealing with estate agents memorandum of sales, drafting contracts on sale transactions, dealing with pre-contract enquiries raised by buyers solicitors on sale transactions and Co-ordinating exchange of contracts once a file is signed off, to name a few.

The Ideal candidate for this role will need atleast 3 years Sale and Purchase experience, be extremly driven to succeed and must have experience running a Residential Conveyancing caseload.

There is Training Contract opportunities available for the right candidates.

The salary on offer is competitive and dependant upon your experience.
