Residential Development Solicitor.
An internationally based private practice client is currently seeking to appoint a solicitor into their Residential Development team in central Nottingham.
The residential development team have a national presence, and therefore you will feel part of an integral and supportive team right from the very beginning with the opportunity to work with all the partners and the varied work they represent. Working closely with national house builders and developers both in the private and public sector, you will have access to all types of property transaction cases.
The firm are at the forefront of the residential development legal market, representing 18 of the top 20 house-builders in the UK. Together with a strong reputation and the ability to grown organically within the firm quickly, they also offer one of the most competitive remuneration and benefits package.
Sector experience is not necessary, however would be beneficial.
