Commercial Solicitor 2+ PQE, Maternity Cover

In-House Commercial Contracts Solicitor 2 - 4 PQE, north Sheffield.

This role has arisen to cover a maternity contract for up to 12 months. The primary purpose of this role is to provide legal advice and support to all areas of the business, working directly with the head of legal.

Key accountabilities include reviewing, drafting and negotiating various contracts, including new customer contracts to support new and bespoke business products and arrangements. You will provide legal advice on compliance with market related legislation, including licence obligation and industry codes and associated legislation and ensure that advice is current and compliant with prevailing regulatory framework.

You will ideally have experience of working in the UK commercial sector, with a minimum of 2 years PQE, or have similar experience within an in-house environment.
