Leading Law firm in North London is now seeking a talented and enthusiastic Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join their busy firm.

The Role
A Fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client’s busy Corporate and Commercial Property Department in North London. The ideal Solicitor will be an enthusiastic transactional Solicitor, with training or experience in all aspects of commercial practice, including share acquisitions and disposals; business and asset sales and purchases; company law; partnerships; general commercial contracts; reorganisations and; restructuring and joint ventures; finance and investment work; and property development; acquisitions disposals; and non-contentious landlord and tenant matters. The successful applicant will be confident in dealing with a client base comprising well-established property developers, banks, SME's and owner managed businesses, as well as high net worth private clients. Additionally, the Corporate/Commercial Solicitor will be willing to help develop the firm’s Corporate/Commercial client base. In return, the Solicitor will receive a generous salary and the opportunity for excellent career progression.
The Candidate
This vacancy is open to Solicitors who have 6 - 10 years PQE.
Experience from a reputable firm is essential for this role.
Prior experience in business development would be advantageous, but our client is seeking aptitude and a willingness to be involved in marketing.
You must demonstrate enthusiasm throughout your work.
