Property Litigation Solicitor.
A busy and highly regarded real estate team in Central London needs an experienced property litigation solicitor.
Duties and responsibilities will include acting for and advising landlords, freeholders, leaseholders and property agents in matters relating to forfeiture and applications for relief, insolvency of landlords and tenants, recovery of rent arrears and service charges, exercise of break clauses, and boundary disputes and rights of way.
