This client-focused firm is a leading Legal 500 practice, serving London and the South of England. Our client are also members of Law South, a group of 12 forward-thinking, high profile practices in the South of England. Established through building a team of highly specialist professionals, who not only have the technical knowledge but the approachable nature required in Property Law. Considering this, our client are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their Bromley office on a permanent basis.

This appointment would suit an Residential Conveyancer who is capable of managing a high caseload of New Build cases to a high standard. The Residential Conveyancer will manage the transactions pro-actively through to exchange and completion while ensuring exceptional levels of client care. The individual will also develop existing relationships with clients and external sources such as developers whilst contributing towards to the successful development of the department in line with the business plan.

Applications for this Residential Conveyancer will be considered from a Qualified solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with up to 3 year's PQE or equivalent with proven experience in New Build.
