The Role

Because their Commercial Property team is growing, the firm are looking for Commercial Property Lawyers (2-8 years PQE) to join their Tunbridge Wells firm.

Their Commercial Property team assists a variety of public and private companies, with a significant amount of the work being City quality for an unrivaled client base. This will be a varied caseload making for a more interesting role, working side on side with a Chambers Ranked and Legal 500 top tier team, the level of exposure you will get will give you an excellent platform to progress.

The caseload will include; Development, Residential development, Acquisitions and disposals, Landlord and tenant and Investment work.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-8 years PQE and be able to work well in a team
• You will have some good Real Estate experience
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build credible relationships is key
• Salary is negotiable depending on your background, plus an industry leading benefits package.
