Description
In this national team you'll find yourself working on a wide spectrum of commercial disputes work emerging from our corporate, banking and public sector teams, with a strong focus on disputes around commercial contracts. What is common to all our contentious work is the quality and complexity of disputes we're supporting our clients on. You'll play a central part in large high value cases that are extremely important to our clients and their businesses from a range of sectors including manufacturing, transport, energy, healthcare, education, waste and construction, in addition to mentoring and supervising technical work within the team.
Profile
You'll be experienced in delivering first rate contentious advice ideally gained at a City or leading regional firm, will have a proactive attitude to work, a desire to progress and a keenness to help further develop the teams client base. And your knowledge of alternative dispute resolution procedures, particularly mediation, will give your application a distinct advantage. Just as important will be the ability to apply a forensic intelligence to complex issues on behalf of our clients with a level of personal resilience to support challenging yet rewarding cases
