The Role
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a talented Commercial Property Lawyer to join an experienced team located in Ashford. With the skills and expertise to work on a demanding and varied caseload with minimal supervision, the successful Lawyer will advise clients on matters to include: sales and purchases; freehold and leasehold; development projects; landlord and tenant matters; licenses; drafting and negotiating leases and contracts and; options and overage agreements.
Keen to play an active role in the continued success of the department, the successful Lawyer will participate in marketing and networking initiatives, building long-lasting client relationships and promoting their own and the firm’s services. In return, the successful Lawyer can expect a competitive salary, supportive working environment and benefits including generous holiday allowance, private medical insurance, discretionary bonus scheme, childcare vouchers and pension scheme.
The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE.
Applications will be technically proficient and possess solid Commercial Property experience.
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach to your work will be essential.
Work well as part of a team but equally comfortable working on your own initiative.
Be personable, professional and detail orientated.
Have a desire for professional development.
