EL/PL Fee Earner
I am working with a well-respected and highly regarded Law firm based in Liverpool who are looking for a Fee Earner to join their EL/PL department.
The company has a variety of notable, high-profile clients, including leading insurers. It is recognized within the personal-injury industry to be one of the best and continues to win new business from its competitors.

The role
My client is a Top 50 Law firm, who are one of the leading providers of claims-related services to insurers, businesses and other suppliers to the insurance sector. The firm work with high profile clients and they continue to win more!
This opportunity will be working within its EL/PL department in Liverpool. The team deal with both EL and PL claims, ranging from low value to complex on both a delegated and non-delegated basis.
Due to a period of growth with existing and new clients, the team are seeking several EL/PL Fee Earners to join the firm.
As a EL/PL Fee Earner you will manage a caseload of pre-litigated EL/PL claims to conclusion. Your role will involve assessing liability, negotiating quantum and settling files.
The candidate
You will be an ambitious and hardworking EL/PL fee earner with previous proven experience in dealing with EL/PL claims from start to finish. You will be confident in liaising and advising policyholders, as well as high-profile clients. You will also work towards realistic and genuine targets, whilst achieving your own personal goals.
