This is an exciting role to join a talented legal team within an online gaming / entertainment company based in the West End.
You will provide advice to the business in relation to a variety of commercial and corporate matters including:
- SaaS agreements, software licensing and services agreements
- Website content and data protection
- Corporate acquisitions, disposals and other corporate projects
To be considered for the role you will have trained and ideally had between 6-9 years' post qualification experience in a top city firm, preferably in a commercial media or technology team. You will have prior experience in data protection and e-commerce law and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably with a focus on software, technology, advertising and media contracts. You may also have some in-house experience in the online, gaming, media or technology sectors but this is not essential.
