Contracts Review Paralegal - Bristol

Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a leading outsourcing business.

Our client currently have a need for a Contracts Review Paralegal to join their Bristol office. They are a leading outsourcing business and have a fantastic client base.

The role will involve abstracting contract terms, from complex commercial contracts, for the purposes of a contract management system, accurately recording those terms in the contract management system. The contracts include Non-Disclosure Agreements, Hold Harmless/release letters, master services agreement, public sector framework agreements, master tax framework agreements, standard terms of engagement, licences, reseller agreements, contractor agreements, and local implementation agreements.

Salary for the role will be £19,000.

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years' contract review and drafting experience in relation to a variety of complex commercial contracts. Ideally, you will have a law degree.
