An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Paralegal to join a small but busy in house legal team with a business who are based in High Wycombe.

Description
The role of the Commercial Paralegal will be to:
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts such as NDAs and Consultancy Agreements.
- Provide due diligence support on corporate M&A projects
- Assisting senior lawyers in the team with legal research on new developments in the law and hot topics
- Maintaining and developing the contracts database
Profile
To be considered for this Commercial Paralegal role you must have successfully passed the LPC and have ideally gained some experience of working as a Paralegal in a role that involved reviewing commercial contracts.
Job Offer
A salary of up to £23,000 - £25,000 is on offer.
