Senior Commercial Property & Company/Commercial Solicitor - Leading Regional Firm - East London
A rare opportunity has arisen for a senior Commercial Property Solicitor with additional experience in company/commercial law to join a leading multi-office firm in East London.
This firm are one of the most well-respected across the region and have an extremely loyal client base, much of which has developed organically due to the firms focus on client care. Staff turnover at the firm is very low and this opportunity has only come about due to the decision by one of the senior members of the team to move towards retirement.
In this role you will handle a caseload of your own, covering primarily commercial property but also company/commercial transactions e.g. company sales and acquisitions.

- Qualified Solicitor - 5 years PQE as a minimum
- Ideally a strong academic background
- Able to work independently and maintain high levels of client care
- Experienced handling a variety of cases within both commercial property and company/commercial matters
- Business development skills
