Our Client is seeking a dynamic and talented Senior Associate/Partner with extensive Capital Markets experience to join one of the largest corporate teams in the world.
Duties / Responsibilities of the role:
To represent underwriters and issuers in public equity transactions including IPOs, a variety of offerings including high-yield bonds across international markets.
Attributes/Skills
Extensive experience of Equity Capital Markets in a Leading Firm with international clients is essential.
Outstanding technical ability and deep understanding of legislation.
Confident and articulate communicator.
Ability to supervise/mentor junior team members
Excellent career development with a view to tract to partnership from Senior Associate Level
