Residential Conveyancer

A well-established specialist Residential Conveyancing firm is opening new offices in Hull City Centre. Our client seeks applications from fee earners with a minimum of six months hands on fee earning experience within another residential conveyancing department. This is an exciting time to join a new venture for this successful firm.
Established in 2000 our client has developed and is now one of the UK's largest specialist conveyancers. Since the firms formation they have completed a huge number of transactions and have developed an impressive client list including seven of the ten largest lenders in the UK and a high calibre of estate agency brands.

The Role
-You will be required to manage a residential conveyancing caseload from start to completion.
-The caseload will be varied and you will manage pre-completions and post-completions work, remortgages, sale and purchase matters and leasehold and freehold work
-This role is hands on and you will be responsible for liaising with clients to agree exchange and completion dates, preparing completion statements on both sale and purchase matters ensuring that all files are concluded with no shortfall and zero balance and undertake purchase pre-completion searched and interpret results

The Candidate
-It is essential you have strong fee earning experience within another conveyancing department and have the ability to meet tight deadlines and targets
-Ideally you will have worked within another high volume department and consequently have the ability to work well under pressure
-Naturally you should be highly organised and have good attention to detail
