Residential Development Fee Earner

The Role:
-Joining the Real Estate team, you will work on Residential Development files and in particular the sale of new build property to Registered Proprietors.
-The work will include but not limited to the development agreements, development management agreements, site set up work, preparing leases and transfers.
-You will also be required to work closely with colleagues at our clients offices on a national scale.
-The role will be client facing and you will maintain high levels of service and update clients on the progress of their files accordingly.

The Candidate:
-In order to be considered, you must have a strong background in Commercial Property or Residential Property and/or Development work and be able to hit the ground running with a caseload.
Ideally you will be CILEx or CLC qualified (not essential)
-You must have strong technical capabilities and a genuine enthusiasm fo this practice area.
-Working remotely with colleagues, you must be efficient and an effective communicator.
