A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Family Solicitor to join my client's growing practice.
This is a rare chance to join an expanding South Coast practice seeks which seeks a motivated and dynamic solicitor to join the team in Southampton.
The successful candidate must possess a proven track record of client retention and fee earning at a resputable firm and must be Family or Children Panel Accredited.
You will be working ahead of a team of up to 4 paralegals. The Supervising Solicitor will deal with all legally aided Family and Childcare work, and the paralegals will deal primarily with their own caseload of non-molestation orders/injunctions/DV work but can also assist with more general family and childcare work once they are up to speed. This means the Supervising Solicitor will be free to concentrate on childcare work and more complex matters. This will be reporting to the Head of Department who will be based in London.
This role provides the opportunity to undertake good quality work within a supportive and forward thinking team environment.
On offer is a competitive salary in line with experience ranging from 40-55K and the chance to progress your career within a market leading firm.
