Our client is a leading law firm who are currently seeking to appoint a senior corporate lawyer to join their office in Luxembourg. This high profile team has instructed on many of the biggest and most challenging domestic and cross-border corporate transactions in Europe. They are known as a top tier firm from their ranking on the prestigious firm ranking site legal 500 on multiple practice areas including corporate.
The team is seeking a corporate lawyer with 2-6 years PQE. You will have gained hands on corporate experience, specifically with relation to public & private M&A transactions, PE and general corporate advice. The kind of work you will be dealing with is mergers and acquisitions, cross border and domestic reorganisation and regulation, due diligence and advising on sale structures. Fluency in German will be mandatory to be eligible for this role.
