The firm has a solid and well established reputation across the region for giving its clients a high quality, tailor-made service. You will have excellent client skills and enjoy building relationships with your clients and providers. Your caseload will include sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), re-mortgages, transfers of equity and voluntary registrations.
You will have solid experience in residential conveyancing with 3 years + experience of running your own caseload in a very busy department.
