Our client are a leading provider of telecoms services in the region and are investing heavily in growth across the GCC.
We are looking for several candidates across the GCC to head up in country expansion operations including for the likes of KSA, Kuwait and Oman. Currently the most pivotal of these positions is - Head of Legal for Kuwait. In addition, we are also looking to fill the Head of Legal role based in Dubai.
You will have over 10 years PQE ideally gained within a reputable TMT practice or alternatively with another of the regions leading service providers in house. You will have experience in commercial real estate, corporate M&A, licencing agreements, lease agreements, Arabic language skills are preferred.
