ROLE: Court of Protection Legal Secretary
LOCATION: Manchester
SALARY: £17,000-£22,000
EMPLOYMENT: Permanent
HOURS: Full Time

Our client are a top 200 law firm that provide cost-effective, high quality legal services and advice for individuals and businesses. Due to expansion and growth they are looking for a legal secretary to join their Manchester office.
The legal secretary must have relevant experience dealing with Court of Protection work including Wills, Trusts and Private Client matters. Our client will consider those whos experience is mainly in Wills & Trusts.
Job Description : -
- To prepare correspondence and draft legal documents through audio-typing and word processing
- To make appointments, arrange meetings and to manage the fee earner diaries
- To prepare mail
- Creating and updating cases on the case management system
- Provide ongoing support to the Court of protection team
- Produce agenda & minutes for meetings.
To be considered for this position it is important that you have recently gained at least a years' experience as a private client legal secretary within a law firm. The client is looking for confident candidate who can hit the ground running
