Commercial Litigation Paralegal

A rare opportunity is available with an In-House Legal team for a talented paralegal to assist on Litigation matters with the view to commencing a training contract in September 2019.

The team consists of a General Counsel who formerly worked at a Magic Circle firm, a Senior Associate, a Junior Counsel and a Corporate Paralegal. This is a newly created Commercial Litigation Paralegal role.

The Commercial Litigation Paralegal can look forward to working on a range of matters, from disputes with suppliers to Employment law. Commercial Litigation experience is essential, and it is anticipated a minimum of 1 year as you will have a high level of autonomy and will be required to hit the ground running. Tasks will be everything from reviewing documents, drafting letters before action and witness statements, and preparing bundles.

Applications are welcome from candidates who have strong knowledge of the CPR and have completed an LLB or GDL and the LPC. It would be an advantage if you have the Advanced Commercial Litigation elective on the LPC.
