My client is a market leading firm with Residential Property practiced across seven offices in the South Coast and Thames Valley regions. The conveyancing teams across the combined Firm have helped thousands of people in all nature of property transactions and in particular in buying and selling freehold or leasehold property.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and dynamic team in the heart of Southampton who have knowledge and expertise in many areas including buying from a developer or at auction, lease extensions, re-mortgaging and transfers of ownership.

It is an exciting time to be part of the expanding Residential Property Team and they now have openings for Conveyancers to join the Lexcel, CQS accredited and award winning team. Applications are being accepted from Solicitors, full or part qualified Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers.

It is important that you have the ability to manage a full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.

You must be an effective communicator, a proactive self starter and looking for an opportunity to join and be part of a progressive and dedicated team.
