A Commercial Solicitor is sought for a prominent law firm based in Maidstone, Kent. Excellent, high quality work, career development opportunities and a work life balance is offered.

To augment the existing team, a Commercial Solicitor is required to join at associate level to work alongside lead and recognised partners, advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts and issues on a day to day basis for various clients, as well as more bespoke and higher value commercial contracts for larger industrial clients.

Experience in the following areas of law is essential:
Commodity sale, purchases, supply and distribution arrangements
Construction and operation documentation
Competition law issues and advice

You will be a commercial Solicitor with varied experience. I welcome applications from anyone with circa 2-5 year's post qualification with a broad background in commercial contracts, including ideally some experience of industrial projects (such as energy, infrastructure and manufacturing)
