A vacancy has now arisen for an experienced solicitor to join the commercial team based in the Leigh office. The Role
The commercial team has a great reputation both locally and nationally, providing bespoke solutions to to businesses ranging from owner-operated SME to national companies. It deals with the whole remit of business-related law, including, for instance, franchising, employment. commercial property, agriculture and environment, shares sales/purchases and partnerships. The firm is now looking for a confident ‘all-rounder’ with a proactive attitude and good client-care skills to assist the Head of Commercial in a diverse mix of corporate and commercial work.

The Candidate
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be 5 – 10 years PQE with a solid background in a mix of corporate and commercial work;
Looking to nurture existing client relationships and continue to develop client portfolio;
Confident in dealing with a fast-paced and sometimes pressurised working environment;
Excellent IT and drafting skills;
A strong negotiator.
