Housing Solicitor

This is an excellent opportunity for a Housing Solicitor to join a leading Legal 500 firm in the heart of Notting Hill. You will deal with a broad caseload and work alongside leading Lawyers in their field.

This Legal 500 firm are seeking a Housing Solicitor to join their established Notting Hill, London office.

The Role

You will join a leading Legal 500 Housing team which features leading Lawyers in their field.

You will run your own mixed caseload of; Landlord and Tenant, Possession claims, disrepair, unlawful eviction cases and homelessness matters. You will deal with primarily publicly funded work as well as privately funded. You will act for the landlord predominantly but experience on the tenant side is also welcome.

This role comes with good prospects for progression due to the ongoing growth of the department.

Requirements

• You will be a Housing Solicitor with at least two years' PQE
• You should have sound knowledge of Legal Aid and be familiar with CCMS
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• You should have good interpersonal skills
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience
