The Role
A new, exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Supervisor has arisen within a specialist practice on a full or part time basis. Whilst their offices are located in the Kent and Sussex area, the work will be conducted across the South East of England including London. Utilising your skills and expertise within this field, the successful Supervisor will assist and supervise casework in Mental Health alongside managing their own complex and diverse caseload. Duties may include: preparing and taking client instructions; representing patents and their relatives in Hearings and Tribunals; compliance with file management and; dealing with correspondence. Outstanding client care skills and the ability to build strong relationships based on trust will, therefore, be essential for this position. Offered on either a salaried or consultant basis, this opportunity would suit an enthusiastic Solicitor or Legal Executive with a passion for this field.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with solid experience in Mental Health;
Candidates will be a member of the Law Society’s Mental Health Accreditation Scheme.
The ability to act as a Mental Health Supervisor for the firm will be essential;
Possess exceptional client care and communication skills;
Be personable, professional and consider attention to detail one of your key strength;
Highly organised, working well under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
Demonstrate an ability to supervise a team.
