My client is a consistently successful, full-service law firm dedicated to delivering robust legal solutions for both commercial and private clients. They currently have a requirement for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Property Litigation team at their modern Buckinghamshire office. An exciting opportunity to join an established team with an existing network of contacts and the opportunity to progress quickly is on offer.

Based in Gerrards Cross, the firm have a prominent and specialist Property/ Commercial Litigation Unit. They support a wide range of clients acting for major property companies, institutions, developers, housebuilders and local authorities. In this role you can expect exposure to a wide range matters and an opportunity to learn from one of the region's most prominent Partners

The firm are looking for a Solicitor who holds upwards of 3 years' PQE from a recognised and reputable law practice. You will need to have solid experience in the day to day running of the lease renewals and the ability to draft and serve up Notices upon Landlords and Tenants. The chosen Legal Executive or Solicitor will also be able to demonstrate experience of developing new business and hold excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels.
