The Role
This is an opportune time to join a thriving and dynamic team of lawyers, managing an array of matrimonial and family matters serving clients in Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas. The successful Family Solicitor will undertake a range of cases which may include pre-and post-nuptial agreements; financial relief; divorce; children and; family mediation. Handling a complex caseload, the Family Solicitor will advise clients on parental responsibility; child maintenance; negotiating towards resolution; court proceedings; financial relief; civil partnerships; domestic abuse; cohabitation; separation and; Children Act matters. In addition, the successful Family Lawyer will play a key role in the continued success of the firm, building and maintaining client relationships and participating in business development initiatives.
The Candidate
Applications are welcome from Family Solicitors with at least 3 years PQE;
First class client care and communication skills are essential for the position;
The successful Lawyer will be proactive and organised in their approach;
Highly organised, attention to detail will be a key strength;
Able to prioritise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
Keen to participate in business development initiatives.
