The Role
We are now actively seeking a talented Private Client Lawyer for a leading team based in St Albans. Able to manage a busy and challenging caseload with minimal supervision, the successful Lawyer will ensure outstanding client care and excellent service at all times. Areas may incorporate: will drafting; estate administration; the setting up and administering of a trust; obtaining grants of probate and; inheritance tax planning. Keen to get involved with the continued growth of the department, you will participate in business development initiatives and build and maintain client relationships. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with a broad range of Private Client experience;
You will have outstanding communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will be IT Literate;
You will be a pro-active, personable and detail orientated;
You will have a track record of successful involvement in business development activities.
