Seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancing Lawyer for a reputable law firm in Southampton.

THE ROLE
The successful Senior Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will take on a varied work load of residential matters including buying and selling; remortgages; equity release; buy-to-let; shared ownership; lease agreements and; landlord and tenants. Our client is looking for someone who has solid knowledge of residential conveyancing and will be able to manage a demanding caseload, therefore, the residential conveyancing Lawyer will be conversant in completion processes, conducting searches and dealing with title transfer procedures. THE CANDIDATE
You must: -
Be a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
Have extensive knowledge of Residential Conveyancing law.
Have excellent technical and organisational skills.
Work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Be personable with both excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be self-motivated and extremely client focused.
