Description
The Legal & Business Affairs Exec will be responsible for a broad range of activities including:
- drafting, reviewing/negotiating commercial contracts
- IP
- sponsorship agreements
- marketing agreements
- content licensing
Profile
The ideal Legal & Business Affairs Exec will have gained a training contract in the UK and be a qualified lawyer. cNQ- 2 years PQE* this lawyer will have had exposure to commercial contract drafting, as well as developing a passion for the media sector.
Ideally, this lawyer will have:
- exposure to IP
- understanding of digital licenses
- sponsorship/marketing matters
- cultivate a real interest in media and it's wider influence.
* PQE is a guideline.
