We're currently working with a great company to help them find an experienced, qualified solicitor to undertake a role in their head office.
This is an innovative company that operates across the UK and Ireland, so you'll have the opportunity to work on ever changing work, which will in turn keep you challenged and help you to continue developing as an In-House Solicitor.
As part of the in-house team, you will advise on a range of legal matters to the rest of the business and draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts on their behalf.
Communication is key as you will develop strong working relationships with colleagues and also work with external solicitors when required.
Previous line management experience would be advantageous as you will have line manage a paralegal and provide day to day support and guidance to them.
This role would be ideal for an experienced commercial Solicitor looking to secure their first in-house role, although applications from experienced in-house Solicitors will be welcomed.
