Employment Paralegal

This very successful Tier 1 Legal 500 law firm has offices throughout the north. They pride themselves on taking a regional and independent approach tailored towards each client. They are seeking a paralegal to join their Employment team in Hull.

Your new role

As a Employment Paralegal in their Hull office, you will be focusing on all aspects of private sector clients for Employment matters. Including advising on appointments and severance at Senior Executive level; terms and conditions of employment; unfair dismissal; redundancies, TUPE; discrimination and Employment Tribunal proceedings.

There is plenty of scope for development in this role with opportunities to work on multi-million pound deals as well as multinational clients.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have prior experience as a Employment paralegal. You will be enthusiastic and passionate about giving the best service possible to the client. You will need to know run projects from start to finish. People undergoing CILEX are also invited to apply.
