This investment manager with a strong presence in Asia is seeking an Associate to join their Hong Kong office. You will be responsible for providing legal and compliance support on their investment activities and related transactions. You ideally are Hong Kong qualified with 2-4 years’ PQE in private equity and venture capital, preferably gained in an international law firm.
