We are looking for a motivated property professional to join our Land and Sales Team as a  Conveyancing Solicitor, so if you are looking for a new challenge and want to work with a great team, then this may be the role for you. We would really like to hear from you if:-

• You are a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years post qualification experience in property conveyancing relating to residential and commercial premises.

• You are flexible, pragmatic and communicate well with colleagues.

• You have a detailed knowledge of Right to Buy and Shared Ownership sales and are used to managing a large and diverse caseload.

In this role, you will provide the Development and Sales Teams with practical, straightforward advice on property issues including commercial premises and associated commercial tenancies and manage a caseload of property disposals and transactions. You will act for PA Housing in respect of commercial leases, Right to Buy and Right to Acquire sales, property disposals, shared ownership staircasing and new build plot sales, progressing these disposals to a timely completion.
