A Law Costs Lawyer is sought by my client, a well-known In-house firm based in Leeds/Wakefield.
The successful candidate must be ACL qualified or currently undertaking the second or third year of the course. You will have experience in dealing with inter costs, PE and Clinical Negligence Costs. It is essential that you can draft Schedules and Bills of Costs as well as Points of Reply and Budgets; in addition, you need to be a good negotiator. You must be an ambitious and dynamic person and be able to work to strict deadlines.
The Salary on offer is around £24,000 - £33,000
