Senior Law Costs Draftsperson.
Are you ready to join a leading Legal 500 law firm with the opportunity to lead your own team?
Due to their continued success and expansion my client who are a key leading law firm within the personal injury market are looking for a new Law Costs Draftsperson to join a highly successful Newcastle based legal costs team.
The Senior Law Costs Draftsperson will be integral member of a team of 12 where each day will be varied from being involved with the development of new processes to streamline the costs department, to assisting with escalated client costs queries from members of the team.
You will be dealing with complex litigation, including appeals as well as managing your own litigated case load including preparation of applications, Points of Reply, Witness Statements.
You will be a Senior/Law Costs Draftsperson who will have at least 5 years’ experience of negotiating law costs both written and verbal with experience of bill costs and advocacy.
