A highly regarded, well established, private practice based in County Durham seeks a new Commercial/Residential Property Paralegal to join its leading Property department, with a genuine opportunity for a training contract for the right person.
My client is a multi service law firm with 4 offices across the North East, which is continuing to grow its client base within family law. The opening is derived from increased work within the County Durham based department.
As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will be joining the commercial property team based in County Durham, assisting property fee earners through their daily transactions, including conducting money laundering checks, ordering official copy entries, ordering searches, conducting land registry duties, companies house registrations, SDLT submissions, and post completion work.
You will receive secretarial support with your work, but based on your current property experience, you will be prepared to undertake your own caseload of commercial and residential transactions.
