The Role
Our client is now looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join the property department. This is a role for a 5+ years’ PQE solicitor or a chartered legal executive with an equivalent level of experience. You will be confident in managing your own caseload of matters from initial instruction through to completion and registration and should have experience in dealing with sales, purchases, equity transfers and re-mortgages. This is a fast-paced role, working as part of a busy team and excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. You should have experience in using a case management system and be familiar with the requirements of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme .
The Candidate
You will be a solicitor or chartered legal executive with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
Ideally, have experience in retirement village purchases;
Possess excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise a busy caseload;
Have excellent client care skills;
Be detailed and methodical in your approach;
Be familiar with using a case management system.
