Real Estate Litigation- Paralegal
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Litigation Paralegal to join a top tier national law firm within their Birmingham City Centre office.
The successful Property Litigation Paralegal will be providing support for Landlord clients, managing commercial lease renewals, dealing with debt claims, statutory notices, initiating claims for disrepair to leasehold premises and documenting settlement agreements.
Candidates will have previous experience in carrying out legal title due diligence, drafting and servicing notices, corresponding with opponents solicitors and managing the court process for lease renewals proceedings. Strong property litigation or real estate experience is essential for this role
Ideally candidates will be able to work efficiently and well under pressure, possess strong written and verbal communication skills along with a clear understanding of commercial landlord and tenant issues.
