My client is a top tier national law firm is seeking a commercial paralegal to join their Birmingham team on a 12 month fixed term contract.This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading commercial team. The successful commercial paralegal we be assisting with various general commercial law matters and commercial contract reviews, assisting in the drafting of legal documentation as well as dealing with initial enquires from clients relating to banking, corporate and commercial queries
You will have at least 6 months commercial paralegal experience, an excellent academic background including degree and LPC and excellent communication and organisational skill
