This Fortune Global 500 technology company is hiring an experienced IP Counsel to join its Shanghai office to cover their businesses in China. You will be responsible for providing support on IP right protection, patent applications, risk assessment and IP litigation. Ideally, you are a PRC-qualified lawyer and registered patent/trademark practitioner plus over 5 years’ PQE in handling IP related matters.
