Regulatory Compliance Lawyer

An excellent opportunity has arisen at a Silver Circle firm for a Regulatory Compliance Lawyer.

The role is within the firm’s innovative Regulatory Compliance Consulting team advising banks and other financial institutions on dealing with the impact of Brexit.  Key areas of focus will include authorisation and regulatory compliance for cross-border businesses across various EU jurisdictions and will encompass all relevant regulatory matters: passporting, re-authorisation, governance, procedural compliance, etc. as well as advising on appropriate business structure and models.

This Regulatory Compliance Lawyer role is to start the last week of January ideally, but at the latest first week of February, and will last at least six months.
