Clayton Legal is currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join a well known and reputable law firm based in Chester.
The role
On a day to day basis this role will consist of dealing with the sales and purchase of roughly 100 files from initiation to completion. You will join a well established Conveyancing Team of 3 Fee Earners and 3 Assistants and there is plenty of scope for progression within the Firm.
The candidate
Ideally you will have 2-3 years PQE but our client will consider a Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner for the role. Eligible candidates will be able to hit the ground running and will be comfortable managing a Residential case load to completion. The salary will dependent on experience.
