A leading company in Devon are looking to appoint a commercial solicitor to support the business as they embark on a significant investment programme. The company already has a stellar client portfolio of blue chip clients which they looking to expand further.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the Head of Legal you will work the business on a wide range of legal matters. This will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, data protection, IT, IP, property and regulatory compliance.
You
You may be currently working as a lawyer in private practice looking to move in-house or working in-house looking to join a fast paced, growing business. Either way you will need excellent communication skills to build strong relationships across the business and have the ability to think outside the box to come up with solutions to support key business decisions.
